OneTouch™ Auto Fill
- If your system is currently on, turn off the power by pressing the power button.
- Press and hold the Autofill button until it beeps, and the middle panel displays the water level.
- Use the Jet & Fill button to adjust the water setting to the desired level. We recommend setting your spa chair at level 17/18.
- Press and hold the Autofill button again until it beeps, and the display turns off.
We recommend checking if the mixing valve lever is open. Check the inlet valve under the pedicure chair to see if there are any obstructions in the filter. If the inlet valve is not clogged, it may need to be replaced. Please refer to the product manual of your spa chair for clarification on parts.
Zipper Liners & Foam Pad
Check every 6 to 7 months for signs of wear and tear. If there are any indicators of damage, please replace the part to protect the leather set from the massage roller.
Open the backrest using the two zippers located on the sides of the massage top. To replace foam pads, detach them from the Velcro attachment and replace them with new foam pads. For zipper liners replacement, unzip the old liners and attach the new ones using the two zippers and Velcro located at the bottom of the massage back.
If your chair has a discharge pump:
- Please examine the check valve to see if there are any obstructions that may prevent the check valve spring from functioning correctly. For further guidance, watch our instructional video on how to open, clean, and replace your check valve.
- Check if the air pipe behind the pedicure chair is taller than your drain line (refer to the picture). If so, raise the height of the air pipe accordingly.
- If neither of these solutions resolves the issue, you may need to replace your discharge pump motor.
- If there is no discharge pump, please call your plumber to check your drain line for any possible clogs.
Spa Jet
- First, run a test by plugging in another jet head from a different chair. If it works, you may need to replace the jet head.
- Next, try plugging the power cable for the jet motor from under the chair into an outside outlet. If that works, you may need to replace the control box.
- Finally, try replacing the adapter for the jet motor from another chair. If that works, you may need to replace the adapter.
